The Paleo Kitchen is a New York Times Best Seller, USA Today Best Seller, and Globe Best Seller and is my second cookbook that I co-authored. We came together to create a cookbook with over 100 never before seen paleo recipes that represent the food we love and the food that makes us feel good. These recipes range from breakfast, to entrees, to drinks, to desserts.
These mini pizzas are great to have as a snack, at a party, for watching the big game, as a lunch, or a dinner, depending on how many of them you eat at one time. They are made with a crust that is formed with almond flour, so they’re Paleo friendly, and they are topped simply with tomato paste and some blue cheese, so you get the rich and tangy taste of blue cheese in each bite. You’ll want to go with a goat’s milk variety of blue cheese, if you go this route at all. Some Paleo eaters can handle small amounts of cheese on occasion.

A new book that just came out will have a lower rating, just because it’s had less time to be rated. Look through the list and find the ones that look good to you and have fun doing it. You can click on the picture or the title and it will take your right to the Amazon website where that particular book is sold. Have fun and enjoy cooking Paleo recipes.

The cooking methods, the kitchen equipment and the food culture in the illustrations are also based on archaeological finds. Even the clothes and the clay jars are finds from settlements or graves. The glass in the woman’s hand, for example, was found at an excavation site in Sweden. (Illustration: Communicating Culture & Atelier bunterhund Zürich)
With this crock pot recipe you can create a cashew chicken dish that will rival anything that you can buy from your local Chinese restaurant. The great thing is that because it is using the slow cooker it is going to be a really easy as far as preparation goes. You won’t have to babysit this, all that’s needed is to place the ingredients into the pot and let it cook itself for 3 to 4 hours. These pork chops are made on the grill, so they are going to seal in all of the delicious grilled flavor. Plus they have added a nice mustard coating on it, so you’re going to have a bit of spiciness here as well as the flavor from the pork. They topped it off with basil apricot relish so there will be a sweetness to balance out the mustard, and sweet fruits like apple sauce are often paired with pork chops because they simply go really well together. You’ll want to make sure that you get a vegetable with this. It’s nice to have some fruit with it, but vegetables get top rank along with meat.
The pretty and sophisticated recipes are all fine and dandy, but more often than not what we really need on a day to day basis is a bunch of quick and easy recipes that we can prepare without much involvement or fancy ingredients. It surely helps us stick to Paleo when cooking doesn’t seem like a chore or a puzzle three times a day. You’ve got to have some time off from the kitchen and still be able to eat the best food for your health.
This is hands down the best Paleo recipe guide you can get for the money, and there isn’t even a close second. It has over 350 recipes that show you how to cook with all of the wholesome foods you should be eating, and deftly avoids all of the junk that mucks up your system and makes you sluggish and fat. It’s laid out in such a manner that you can clearly see what you’ll need, and how to make it. There’s even an 8 week autopilot meal plan that takes out all of the guesswork to make this caveman simple to follow.
